About
GLCL advises on private credit (PC) allocation decisions – from initial fund due diligence to fee structure analysis to ongoing portfolio performance monitoring.
Further, GLCL advises on allocation decisions to both open-end and closed-end credit funds that focus on liquid performing and/or stressed credits. This enables GLCL’s clients to expand out their public and private credit allocations at their desired pace and without significant internal hiring needing to occur before taking the first steps.
Currently, GLCL works exclusively with Canadian clients and does not advise on allocations to EMEA or APAC credit funds.
Client Log-In
To ensure that clients have a record of all prior engagements and that the materials used in engagements are kept secure, all clients will have a dedicated VDR. Clients may log-in to the VDR directly or log-in below and be redirected.
Services
Private Credit Allocation Advisory Services
GLCL advises on allocations to traditional PC funds, in addition to opportunstic credit hedge funds. GLCL offers initial due diligence services, fee structure analysis and modeling, and performance monitoring of PC and HF portfolios where applicable.
Liquid Credit Allocation Advisory Services
GLCL advises on allocations to open- and closed-end funds that focus on liquid performing and stressed credits. GLCL aims to provide clients with unconflicted, independent analysis that allows a fund’s portfolio manager(s) or other relevant stakeholder(s) to make the best possible assessment of the structure, management, fees, and holdings of a fund to assess relative value and relative risks vs. comparable funds. However, while GLCL provides in-depth assessments, it does not offer fund investment and/or allocation size recommendations.
