Credit Fund Allocation Advisory and Monitoring Services
How GLCL Supports Clients
Gray Lake Consulting Ltd. (GLCL) advises on private credit (PC) fund allocation decisions – from initial fund due diligence to fee structure analysis to ongoing performance monitoring and benchmarking.
Further, GLCL advises on allocation decisions to both open-end and closed-end credit funds that focus on liquid performing and/or stressed credits. This enables GLCL’s clients to expand out their public and private credit allocations at their desired pace and without significant internal hiring needing to occur before taking the first steps.
Liquid Credit Allocation Advisory Services
GLCL advises on allocations to open- and closed-end funds that focus on liquid performing and stressed credits. GLCL aims to provide clients with unconflicted, independent analysis that allows clients to make the best possible assessment of the structure, management, fees, and holdings of a fund to assess relative value and relative risks vs. comparable funds. Further, GLCL provides performance monitoring and continual benchmarking services to ensure that clients have a comprehensive picture of both a fund's current performance and relative standing compared to comparable funds. However, while GLCL provides in-depth assessments, it does not offer fund investment and/or allocation size recommendations.
Private Credit Allocation Advisory Services
GLCL advises on allocations to traditional PC funds, in addition to opportunistic credit hedge funds. GLCL offers initial due diligence services, fee structure analysis and modeling, and performance monitoring of PC and HF portfolios where applicable.
